Attorney-at-law and Partner in our Paris office, Clémence Arto specializes in Public Policies and Regulation at the French and EU levels. Having previous experiences at the DG Trade of the European Commission (Services and Investment Unit) and at the French delegation to the OECD, Clémence works in particular in the areas of financial regulation, international trade and transports policy.
A "Grand École" graduate (Ecole Normale Supérieure of Cachan, Law, Economics and Management Department, 2005), Clémence also obtained a degree in Public International Law (Master 2) from the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne and from New York University School of Law (LL.M. 2010).
Clémence teaches regularly at the Paris Bar School (EFB) and is the Vice-President of the Yound Leaders in Finance Club created as part of the French Financial Professions Center.
