Missions

Monitor relevant institutional, policy and regulatory developments at EU level, assess their impact on a client’s reputation and activities and deliver relevant analyses and insights;
Develop and execute government affairs strategies for clients primarily in the tech sector;
Work with a team of government affairs specialists to ensure the rolling-out of the strategy;
Design relevant public affairs and communication written materials on EU policy and regulatory issues tailored to different stakeholders;
Build a trusted relationship between clients and relevant stakeholders (EU institutions, trade associations).

Prerequisites

Between 4 and 8 years of relevant experience in similar roles;
A deep knowledge of EU institutions and its decision-making processes, gained by interacting with policy makers and regulatory bodies at national and/or EU levels;
Very good understanding of policies concerning the tech fields;
Ability to write and translate complex issues suitable for either technical or non-technical audiences and to communicate effectively in person and in writing;
Hands-on experience in project/ advocacy campaigns coordination or execution;
Be a team player and be ready to work with teams across Paris and Brussels;
Excellent command of English and good knowledge of French.
