Pragmatic and creative, Fanny immediately rose to the challenge of placing her experience, her approach to the practice of the law, her keen legal reasoning and writing skills, together with her analytical mind, at the service of a boutique corporate and regulatory affairs firm. She has been with the firm from the very beginning, and is now its Managing Partner. Fanny handles the legal aspects of corporate and public affairs matters, in addition to her work providing advisory and litigation services in business law. Her dual skillset enables her to provide adapted, effective and efficient solutions to new and complex issues.
Fanny began her career working at Ngo Miguérès & Associés law firm, working primarily with Gérard Ngo and Monique Pelletier on corporate and criminal litigation. She then joined Mandel & McGowan law firm, which merged with Desfilis in 2007 to become Desfilis & McGowan, where she served as a partner. She has significant experience in company and commercial law and corporate litigation in various sectors of activity and in particular in the health and real estate sector. Fanny has also litigated many shareholder disputes and advised on corporate governance rules and issues, including corporate social responsibility.
Fanny plays high-level golf. She has won several national and European championships, in individual and team competitions. She is a member of the Racing Club de France – La Boulie where she plays for the teams and serves as captain of the France Senior Ladies golf team.
Admitted to the Paris Bar in 1997, Fanny has a DESS graduate degree from Paris II Panthéon-Assas University.
