Involved in issues related to digital ecosystems and online payment services, Léo actively participates in designing and developing public affairs strategies and their implementation at the institutional level for clients in this sector.
Léo previously interned at a Paris law firm, Legal Peers, where he worked on distribution and competition law matters. Following this first professional experience, Léo joined the firm and focuses on issues related to the digital transformation of government, cloud adoption, cybersecurity as well as infrastructure-related issues.
Léo has a Master 1 in European law from the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne and a Master 2 in public and institutional affairs from the Catholic University of Paris.
