An attorney licensed to practice by the Paris Bar, Marion works at the firm on the legal and regulatory aspects of matters in the digital sector, and in particular data protection, artificial intelligence, platform regulation and competition issues.
Before joining the firm, Marion spent four years working as a lawyer in private practice, specializing in business litigation, intellectual property, and media law. She also worked as a parliamentary staffer at the National Assembly.
Marion has a Master’s degree in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) law from the University of Poitiers. She also spent a year at the University of Moncton as an exchange student following the Juris Doctor (JD) course, and earned a Master II in Intellectual Property.
