Pragmatic and creative, Fanny immediately rose to the challenge of placing her experience, her approach to the practice of the law, her keen legal reasoning and writing skills, together with her analytical mind, at the service of a boutique corporate and regulatory affairs firm. She has been with the firm from the very beginning, and is now its Managing Partner. Fanny handles the legal aspects of corporate and public affairs matters, in addition to her work providing advisory and litigation services in business law. She then joined Mandel & McGowan law firm, which merged with Desfilis in 2007 to become Desfilis & McGowan, where she served as a partner. She has significant experience in company and commercial law and corporate litigation in various sectors of activity and in particular in the health and real estate sector. Fanny has also litigated many shareholder disputes and advised on corporate governance rules and issues, including corporate social responsibility.
